UndergroundGamingCommunity will conduct each and every tournament under federal regulation and laws in accordance with these Official Rules, unless otherwise indicated.  By participating in an Online Tournament each participant or player must agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the decisions of each and UndergroundGamingCommunity  staff/employee and the allowance to be contacted by any licensed UndergroundGamingCommunity  staff member or agent by email, mail, Xbox Live regarding the Online Tournament. If you do not agree with any of the following conditions, DO NOT participate in any UndergroundGamingCommunity  operated tournament.

 

Any Player in an Online Tournament who is a minor under the laws of his or her state of residence (19 years old for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, otherwise 18 years old) must be registered by a parent or legal guardian and accompanied during any travel, including prize travel, by at least one adult (parent or guardian) 21 years of age or older.

 

All Players in the Online Tournaments must be at least 13 years old as of the date of registration. 

Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to win/receive any monetary value gift or prize.  If requested by a federal agency or staff member, winners must provide a copy of his/her government-issued photo ID with proof of age.  Any participant of the

Online Tournaments who decides to attend a live event and is a minor (19 years old for residents of Alabama and Nebraska and 18 years old for every other state) must under the laws of his or her state of residence be registered on-site by a parent or legal guardian and accompanied during any travel, including prize travel, by at least one adult (parent or guardian) 21 years of age or older.

 

Employees of  UndergroundGamingCommunity and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, sponsor entitites and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible.

 

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations

 

2. Entry for Online Tournaments

There will be regular Online Tournaments at such times  may designate in its sole discretion. Please see the Online Tournament Format, Game Types, Event Schedule, Prizes, Rank Points, Rules and Settings, Conduct Rules and Registration Rules documents for more information on each game title that is featured in the Online Tournament.  Players must have a UndergroundGamingCommunity Username/Account.  Players without a Username/Account can create one here: UndergamingGamingCommunity

Al UndergroundGamingCommunity accounts become the property of UGC.  UGC is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, lost, illegible, altered, defaced, mutilated, misdirected,

ineligible, or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to website entries.  UGC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or who otherwise violates these Official Rules.

 

 

 

 

 Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ImaginaryTournaments's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  modify or copy the materials;

  use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

  attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on UndergroundGamingCommunities web site;

  remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

  transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
